Peanut Butter Banana Bars

Comments: I won't call these vegan because I used Splenda, and supposedly since it is tested on animals or something it isn't vegan. Since I'm not a socially conscious vegetarian who eats a lot of vegan food, I'm not on the up and up. I can't digest meat products at all, and dairy gives me issues too. So sorry about my last cake, the icing isn't vegan because I made it diabetic friendly.
Well, I subbed the egg and milk for equivalents, but used the Splenda for my father inlaw. Use real organic triple researched sugar if you are hardcore, or agave nectar or something else. I also used crunchy pb and half a teaspoon or more of cake spice, you can sub in some cinnamon/nutmeg mixture or something. I was afraid it would be too bland.
This turned out more like a cake, but it is DAMN tasty. I could have cooked it a tad longer, but I wasn't sure how it would turn out. It is cakey, but that is okay, and it has that "I could have been left in another 2 minutes" moistness.
